Every product here started as my own problem.

I run an e-commerce business by day and build software at night — but only software I need myself. Every product here started as my own problem: product photos that cost too much, tracking that quietly lied to me, discipline I couldn't keep without help.

I'm the first user, the first complaint, and the first refund request. If something survives me, everyone else gets it too. This blog is the paper trail: the problems, the failed attempts, the invoices that didn't add up, and what finally worked.
